Try as I might, the paper loading process was unsuccessful. I had to manually adjust the size of the cartridge so it can fit the paper, but then the cartridge won't fit in the slot! And when I finally thought I had it right, I get an error message saying the printer needs repair. Actually, the paper had slipped out of the tray and was inside the unit. No amount of effort on my part solved this dilemma, so I'm taking it back and switching to HP again.

Very satisfied with my purchase and product. Hope to make future purchases.
