I've been in the Cannon family of printers for a while. This printer is a good one. I like that it holds plenty paper and prints rather quickly. I wish I had gotten the printer which automatically prints two-sided copies, but hey this is what you get when you get a low price.

Runs well, fits in small office, We had mnaybe 6mos when the printer was jammed up with envelope labels, Sticky mess. Geek Squad sent us another refurbished one. Works great. Very Very Happy with the Geek Squad help and warranty.

Overall the printer works great. It is set up to be wireless so it takes a moment for the printing to start. The only complaint I have is that once the paper is loaded, the trays no longer go all the way in. I would prefer a cleaner look where you only see the printer.

Somewhat difficult to set up. Seems to operate well,but difficult to set up some functions. For example the fax does not print the fax in the order sent. Thus the Last page is first and the first page is last. One therefore has to manually collate all incoming faxes.

This copier exceeds my expectations. It is fast, does copying, scanning, faxing, and two-sided copying easily. It was simple to set up, and even at my age I find it largely intuitive to operate. The ink seems to go a long way.

The only negative is that I don't like registering paper tray every time I open the tray and I do not like that a fax report per fax does not print out. I have to print an activity report of all faxes to verify that the one that I am sending went successfully

This printer has been great , no issues . Prints clearly, ink is inexpensive.

This is a very nice printer, and I probably wouldn't have bought this model without the Canon Best Buy rep who helped us in store. Consider myself a nerd and do my homework, but have to give it to Best Buy for having specialist with real knowledge of their current products. They really are delivering "customer service". I also spoke to a Samsung rep at the store who was very knowledgeable.

This printer was easy to set up, prints well. Highly recommend!

Reviewed on Consumer Reports, then went with this. Had Pixma 922, and if I could do it over again, would just replace with another 922. I got this for homeschooling. Prints beautifully. Cons- really hard to set up, takes a long time. Also, the startup time is pretty long. Recommend for: people who print a lot, especially in color. Also great for a small business that uses regularly.

My dad bought this print for our house because we do a lot of office printing for his second job. He does a great job getting the copies out quickly and with a good quality. We have never had any issues with the printer and we will keep purchsing canons in the future.

I have used several other printers in the past and actually work on supporting various laser and ink jet printers from other manufacturers and have found that Canon products seems to outlast other compatible products in the same class. In some cases, Canon outlasts the availability of OEM toner and ink for a very old Canon models. When purchasing an item, I research it first if I am not familiar with that item and look at both the Pros and Cons to get an overall rating.

This printer is a great value for the cost. Even though it is an inkjet, the high capacity cartridges will keep you printing for months! The quality of the print is very high. I have a Canon laser printer and the print speed is comparable to that. Well done Canon!

Print quality is very good. Start time for first page can be very slow (up to 20 seconds) on some occasions, but overall not too bad. Ink is relatively cheaper compared to printers I've owned in the past. Great paper capacity.

This Canon does print jobs more quickly than any upscale printer I've owned and the cost is ridiculously low. It's an amazing machine. In addition, the Canon service hotline was incredible. I had a tech problem with my computer vs. the printer. They were fast, efficient and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this printer and company. aka Former HP Printer owner
