I'm sure this product is just fine. Infuriating is the fact that best buy online support , gave me incorrect information. Took 20 minutes to give me that info. Double checking with the in store people. Assured me this was the right one . Can't return if opened. Works perfect. Shipping was super fast. Installation easy. It still seems like they could put more ink in there, but the function of the product is top notch.

It is black ink. If you want to print in color it will only print in black. It works.
