    The only issue was the last cartridge installed either dried out of ink or it was a glitch in the printer since my printer monitor shows the ink level were still at 30%. I will try this new one and see how it goes.

    But the printer is junk. Was told ink should last 6-7 months we've only had it 2 months, and ran out of black. Paper constantly jams and has been a frustrating printer.
