I had to replace my Kodak ink after a couple of home work assignments. The canon ink cartridges last a long time. I have printed slides for each week of class approx 20 pages each and this is week 8 just needed more and I had bought this ink at the end of last year and used on occasion throughout the summer.

Decent product for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously bought the PG 245 cartridge, and that has surprisingly lasted me quite a while ( of course using grayscale rather than black), and recently got the ink low message. I can't afford to run out of ink on a Sunday night when something's due the next day so I decided to go with the 245 XL, I figure the regular one lasted me this long so will the other one. WIth the rewards program discount it's not a bad buy compared to other places where it literally costs double.

Canon Ink

This cartridge is the middle size for ink capacity. I believe the lowest is a 243/244 (Black/color). This cartridge allows more printing than the 243/244. The 245XL has even more ink in its cartridge for a larger amount of printed pages. All cartridges are the same size for fitting purposes.
