They start giving ink level warnings long before the print becomes poor. My experience is that the black cartridges get worn out sooner than the color cartridges. This may be due to the fact that I use them more heavily than the color cartridges. Overall, I am satisfied with them.

I'm still using the original ink that came with my printer -- and haven't had to change the ink cartridge yet. I hope it's easy to do -- and if not, will contact Best Buy to find out the correct way to do so. Thank you!

Like to buy their original inks because it produces consistent quality prints and good for the printer head. Ordered online and picked up curbside in our city - very easy, everything was done through the smart phone and fast. Very efficient system and service from BEST BUY!
