Good Performance - Low Capacity

The printer works well, but with infrequent use I went through the black cartridge provided with the printer in just over a month. I purchased a replacement, but again, with minimum use I went through this cartridge in a couple months. Canon print quality is good, but the cartridges doesn't last very long.

I ordered a 245 ( black ) and a 246 ( color )....both standard size....... I was looking for two large capacity cartridges but didn't know their numbers. Each of the two standard cartridges arrived before the announced time....but on different days from different places. That surprised me but it worked OK for me..........I got rid of a working HP printer and replaced it with a Canon from Best Buys because the HP ink was hard to find and way too expensive especially when there were often defective cartridges....So all is well....... Thanks ....joe
