  • Print approximately 300 pages on a single black ink cartridge* Both cartridges must be installed in the printer and must have ink in them.     I really like that this ink cartridge has a higher capacity than the one that came with my printer. That one lasted quite awhile, this one should last me a year or so!

    The extra cost to increase to XL is totally worth it. I find this cartridge lasts 2x as long yet costs less than double. Totally worth it.

    Why there's a difference between regular and high-yield cartridges, when they're both the same size, is beyond me. But hey, everyone needs this. Considering I live with a teacher who is always printing at home, it lasted a decent amount of time before I needed another.
