    I was amazed at how easy it was to get my black ink cartridge replaced. I didn't even know I was running low on black ink until the new cartridge showed up at my front door. After I bought my printer from Best Buy I signed up for automatic renewals of my ink cartridges and sure enough they did what they said they would do, that is when I'm running low on black or color ink, they will automatically send me a new cartridge. It's a great service.

    Just had to go to my back-up printer and wouldn't you know it; Best Buy to the rescue. And to add to availability of the proper ink cartridge the value of the of the extra yield was great.
