  • Print approximately 300 pages on a single black ink cartridge* Both cartridges must be installed in the printer and must have ink in them.     I recently purchased Canon Pixma black ink refill and for the first time it was the XL. I never knew the difference between regular ink and XL ink. An employee gladly explained and assisted me during my purchase. I discovered it meant more ink for the money. I am extremely satisfied with Canon black ink 245 XL and will purchase it again. The black ink prints out perfectly and is long lasting.
