I previously purchased a windows 7 Lenova Idea pad from best Buy and I bought a windows 10 Lenova Idea Pad because I really liked my W-7 Lenova Idea pad lap top. and assumed I would equally like the W-10. other than the operating system being different I found that my windows 10 Lenova has communication problems with my Internet router although it is connected by a cord and the router connects to my windows 7 with no problems at all using the same cord and the same router, On the W10 computer it continually interrupts me with messages saying "you are no longer connected to the internet" or "Microsoft is not responding" etc.Then it tries to correct the problem . Then it says it could not correct the problem. I click off the message and the problem corrects itself only to occur 5 or 10 mnutes later. I originally thought it was my router but it does not ever occur on the computer I am using now. My older lenova w-7. I have fios which is now owned by Frontier. Fios gave me a new router less than a year ago. The new Lenova windows 10 is also much slower. Sometimes I have trouble opening e-mails as well. I currently have the w-10 at the GEEK SQUAD to check it out. When I brought it in they did a quick check while I was there and felt there was no problem but kept it for further investigation. I will pick it up today 9/25/16 at 11:30 and hopefully the problem will be solved. I don't want to give Lenova a bad name because I am unsure where the problem lies and I love my windows 7 Lenova. I'm on it now.
