    First time I was able to remove the old one & install the new one! I used to buy my ink at Staples, it was about a mile from my home. They moved away. Since I have bought a hand blender, microwave and a new alarm system for my car. BEST BUY is now my go to store. Before Sears closed I purchased a new microwave, the electronic's didn't work, picked up another-the same problem. Connie

    It is hard to evaluate this product since there are no other options for ink for my computer. So it works, no problems, and I am happy to be able to purchase this so I can continue to print things from my computer. This item was out of stock when I went to the store to purchase it. I ordered it and had it delivered to my house. I was not happy to spend the extra money to have it delivered to my house
