    I have no issue with the quality of the ink; it's the consumption. The black ink does not produce the number of pages it claims. It's almost cheaper to buy another printer than to replace the ink.

    Best Buy came to the rescue again!! We ordered from Amazon and they tried to deliver to where we were 4 times without success!! It was awful. So we hopped in the car and went to Best Buy and it was the same price and it was great to be in Best Buy again. Since then we have made it a point to visit Best Buy!
