    I have tried a few other printers but just keep coming back to canon. They even make it convenient by auto ordering ink around the time I would run out. Now its auto-delivered so I never have to worry about going out in a Covid-world for ink. Canon thinks of everything...

    My only reason for the 4 stars is that one of this ink that I purchased did not work out of the package. I buy ink as soon as I put the last one in the printer to have on hand when it runs out again. Because this ink was bought more than 15 days ago, they would not replace for free even though it was defective right out of the package. They did give me another one for the reduced price of 10.70 with tax. So I actually ended up spending another 10.70 to get an ink cartridge that worked. Pretty poor customer service.
