    Wife bought a printer on line. When I opened the package there were no ink cartridges. Went to Best buy to get a black cartridge, first person could not tell me what I needed, second person did, and I boght one. At first the cartridge would not lock in place, then it did. Workrd fine!

    At the home office and ran out of ink. Best Buy is always my go to store for electronics. They always have plenty In Stock and I am in and out in 5 minutes. Plus their price is competitive.
