Delivery snafu. No way out.

Promised delivery by Monday. Notified of delay on Monday to possibly Friday. Product originated from warehouse 75 miles away but tracking shows it first was sent to distribution facility over 500 miles away where it now sits. Order cancellation not available. No way to speak to a human.
