    Had a complete failure of a new 261 XL color cartridge, purchased with a new printer. 260 black worked fine and installed at the same time as the 261.Best Buy would NOT stand behind their product, actually stated it would not warranty for an open product, (How could it fail if it wasn’t opened??) NEVER had a new cartridge fail, one recycled one did, INK1, but they warrantied their product. NOT BEST BUY

    Is it too much to ask that Best Buy list the specific Canon printers this ink is compatible? Is it buried somewhere in the specs? I can't make a decision about buying ink if I don't know it's compatible with my specific Canon.
