    My previous Canon printer after 8 years began to display multiple error messages. I decided to replace the printer with another Canon at 1/3 of the cost of the previous one, and which uses 2 cartridges instead of 5. I could not be happier.

    Ink pricing sucks! We all know this, BUT having a total twchebership does come with perks! As well as doscounted ink sometimes. Cannon ink is quality and reliable.

    I think the XL size is somewhat more economical than using the standard size. I've had trouble in the past using generics, so I opt to bite the bullet and buy the name brand cartridges.
