I bought them when I purchased my Canon Pixma Printer because the sales rep said the cartridges that come with the printer are just starter cartridges.

Very Disappointed

Even being an XL, it doesn't last nearly as long as the cartridges on my previous Canon printer. I think when I buy another printer in the future, I will make sure that it uses three cartridges for color and not one. They seem to last longer being single ones.
