    Made an instore purchase to get home and find that the color cartridge has been swapped with an empty black cartridge, and the box was glued like it was never opened. Didn't go back to the store to return it. How do you prove you bought it like that and didn't do it yourself didnt feel like going back and forth. Next time, I will open at the counter before walking out the store.

    we ordered this ink along with our printer as it was the recommended option for this printer. we were on a job and once our ink ran out we tried to install the replacement and it turns out this ink was not for our model printer. now we can't return it nor replace it through the customer service site.

    Seems to do the job. It is supposed to print 100 pages but I had to do some research to find this out. BEST BUY should have this posted so customers will get an idea how many pages with black ink it prints.

    I put the black ink into the crappy cannon printer bought at Best Buy less than six months ago the constant jams up and it says it needs new ink? How is that possible if it new ink? Will not buy again

    Unbelievable this was purchased in June. I hardly ever print anything and here it is the end of July and it’s already empty. I literally don’t think there’s any ink in these cartridges. Very mad
