One thing good was now I was able to FIND my needed ink cartridges on the shelf. (The HPs I needed were no longer available. ... It was an OLD printer.) Now I can print with no fear of streaky or blotchy results. So happy to be able to just go in and find the cartridges I need right there on the shelf! Don't even have to ask where they are.

I print for work and school so I don’t print every day. The colors are vibrant. Canon is a very good brand but pricey. I wish they can lower the cost.

I've tried non-Canon inks - some were good but most didn't work in my printer even though they said that they would. I would stick with the brand if you value your money.
