New ink.

With help from Michael at Canon Customer Support It finally worked, but we used up all color ink. So, I purchased new ink cartridges, & everything works fine.

BUY THE BRAND = NOT A COPY

I've tried non-Canon inks - some were good but most didn't work in my printer even though they said that they would. I would stick with the brand if you value your money.

Last a long time

The ink last a long time , overall I am satisfied with this ink.
