I thought the staff member was very nice and helpful. I am enjoying the new computer. The only issue I have is when I was making payments to pay off the Computer Best Buys balance did not match Citibanks balance and that became confusing. Other then that the transaction was fine.

When I am purchasing ink, I always purchase the OEM ink. I have found that when using refills I have problems with the printer besides the fact the the printed documents are not as crisp as when using the original ink. Sure it cost more than a refill, but if what you are printing is a critical document, it can make the difference in a presentation or a resume.

This ink was easy to install and quick to use. Would recommend!
