color cartridges dry up if not used frequently

Nice pack, missing black

Not worth the money

Doesn’t last long!

Some of my cartridges appeared to be blank and when I put them in my printer it said I needed to replace ink. I am waiting for Canon to reply back because I don’t think Best Buy is going to believe me when I tell them my new cartridges are empty. The package didn’t appear to be opened by anyone else. Is this a new gimmick from Canon to make us buy more ink??
