I was about to change the Black ink cartridge and noticed the piece that snaps in place was missing. Its non returnable now,

Honestly don't know what's going on with these cartridges. They are either half-full or fake. They run dry after the lightest use.

Wonder it theses are half filled, does not last...

Ink is a ripoff. There is no reason why ink should cost as much as it does other than trying to rip off consumers.

The price of $60 for the ink is not worth it. It costs 2/3 the price of the printer. You should tell people what the cost of ink is upfront I bought the printer and ink for nothing of value I got it cause I was tired of going to the library which only cost maybe $50 a year.

Since BestBuy never delivered this printer, the ink that was charged and delivered is worthless.

I wish I knew how to refill my ink… for the price they don’t last. After one or two prints I am having to replace them.

The keyboard purchased that was supposed to have hardwired cable to my Apple laptop, per the Geek Squad support person assisting us, was actually a wireless keyboard. Therefore, I must return it. Shame on the Geek Squad support person.

I remember printing hardly 25 pages and mostly office documents with only few hyperlink or logo in color. Already most of the cartridges ran out of ink.

Ink is ink and the cost is more than I think it should be.

Dont buy a Canon Pixma ,junk and very expensive and non cost effective on ink

Good color but ink cartridges doe not last a long time.

After installing the new cartridge the printer alerted me that the color levels was still low. This must have been a bad batch because the color does not work at all, only the black

Runs out too fast:( I would definitely buy a different printer with better ink mileage.

Every thing in the set was fine except for the small black cartridge which was completely dry. I even put in the old cartridge to make sure I had not mistakenly re-used the old cartridge but, I had not.

I got the delivery everything was broken I didn’t complain I think nobody believe

Not worth for the price too expensive. It runs out so fast i jave only printed a few.

Great colors, work well and last a decent amount of time. One thing is the printer will tell you the cartridge is empty, but the cartridge last dozens of pages longer.
