    I was told by an employee that this ink cartridge was only needed if photos were being printed. Suddenly the printer faded to streaks of gray! Now I know.

    Good ink quality but didn't last as long as my color ink. It lasted me only a month and a half.

    Ink is overpriced but I tend to stick with the manufacturer made ink rather than 3rd party inks. I have never had a problem.

    Longer lasting than standard ink but seems to be replaced more often than black ink for my other Canon printer. May be a difference in the printers?

    I'm glad to be able to purchase the ink I need for my Canon printer however it is difficult to insert the ink cartridge without it leaking the ink.

    Had problem with online order the sent only part of the order but when I called they could not see that the Rest of the order was sent. They sent the rest of the order and the the Original order showed up. I called and advised a they set up a print return label but then I had to box it and mail it back. I took it back to local store. I would not ordered on line if I would have known this would happen.
