Countless phone calls to no avail. Your phone/online system is at the very bottom of consumer service.

Ink Replinishment System Very Poor

We have run out of ink before the shipment arrives. On one occasion, we received a message that the warehouse was out of stock and we should visit our local Best Buy store. Unfortunately for us, they were out of it too. But their warehouse had some in stock so they placed the order. It arrived a few days later - no 10% discount - and we were unable to print for days while waiting for the one cartridge to arrive. Best Buy MUST order the replacement cartridge sooner so we don't run out!!!

Goes quickly

We loved our old canon printer as the ink seemed to last forever. Dislike the new one that uses 5 inks (2 different blacks and 3 colors) even though we only print in black. So much for the environment.
