Works perfectly, better than our old one. Now we can catch up on the Grandsons pictures.

Fast, crisp, clean printing. Easy to set up and use

Not awesome, might return. Although ink is easy to load and copies look good, there are multiple problems: 1. Does not print duplex (2-sided) 2. All instructions, including set-up, must be accessed on smartphone or computer. No manual included. 3. It says that the ink will leak if the printer is moved and recommends putting it in a plastic bag to transport it! 4. Only has external paper tray. 5. Is pretty loud and slow. 6. Scan interface on computer has such a tiny image of the scanned document that it's hard to see if it looks right before moving on to next scan.

It’s a great little printer. Just be careful, it does not support automatic duplex printing. Not a flaw, just something to be aware of. It is super fast, fantastic picture quality and the ink is reasonably priced. Would definitely purchase again.

Overall, excellent printer! Amazing color, hasn’t jammed not even once, I use it mainly for cake toppers and it gives amazing results! My customers all love their toppers

Good printer, I like it a lot better than the old printer that I had.

It is decent printer for the price, having extra ink to print your work for school, home, etc. It doesn't print both sides. It is not like other printers that turn on itself, this one you need to turn it on every time.

Easy setup ( use phone app). Seamlessly works with W11, IOS, and android ( Chromebox), with zero setup for all connected devices. Turns itself off, which we like. But have to remember to turn on when sending a print job. No big deal as this is like flipping a light switch.

I like that it is not so big I can’t find it’s spot So far so good. It has everything I need to get it done.

Easy to use functions well, not enormous. My old printer was so slow and printing. This printer spits them out pretty quick.

Print clarity is fair-good. Easy set up. Good value. Small footprint, Love the the ink version over the expensive cartridges.

Printer has great feature and excellent value. A little difficult for setup but all worked great. Also like the super tank ink bottles.

Easy to connect and easy to use. the print quality is optimal for office use but dont expect to print perfect portraits out of it. yes it is good quality but not great quality. for a wallet photo, it would be more than ideal.

Easy setup and works great. It would be nice if it included more instructions and visuals on how to fill the ink. I had to locate a good youtube video to do this

It doesn't want to stay connected to wifi. I would like auto-feed scanning but I didn't know how much until I lost the ability. Otherwise, it works great!!
