So slow, turns itself off & loses WiFi connection

I was swayed by the tankless aspect but it turns itself off all the time and then loses the wireless connection, requiring me to reset the router or unplug the printer and restart it. It prints B&W Ok but is ridiculously slow to print in color, even when choosing "draft"
