This inexpensive printer has larger ink wells and is much cheaper to use than printers that require ink cartridges. It has an ink spillage cartridge which is much easier to change than ink spillage pads.

This is the worst model of the Canon Megaprint Tanks I have gotten to date. Seems like all the new models have issues opposed to the older ones that I loved! This printer was malfunctioning out the box pretty much. Lost a good amount of money with mis prints already. Pretty much the printer messed up 1 out of every 4 prints, as it will push the paper TOO far forward and not start printing where it should on the paper. It's been super frustrating. Hardly over a month old and I cannot return it to get my money back.

This printer does a great job and was easy to set up with my wireless network. They should mention more prominently in the description that it comes with all the ink you need to get started.

The printer turns off automatically. Printer has to be turn on after 3 to 4 hours of being on.

Overall works good and very efficient use of ink cartridges

Great inexpensive low operating cost printer. I don't need anything elite and don't want to pay for anything elite. This gets the job done.

Set up is fairly easy, thought I'm still having trouble adding my iPad. Print quality bis good. I swear, though, I grow another year older waiting for the printer to print something. It's the signal between when I tap the print button and when it actually prints. I would not have purchased had I known.

Its good for the sale price. Get it on sale, if not on sale, i think go with the competitors.

Purchased this printer, based on reviews of printing output, having bright and vivid colors. I’ll start with set up. Instructions were specifically for the app which you needed to download. No instructions are had to set it up on a PC, had to figure that out on my own. No manual on what the settings were so I had to look that up as well. The color output was very dull and not bright or vibrant. Wasted a pack of 50 invitations no matter what setting I used. Ended up ditching all those wasted invitations and using my laser printer. I just missed the return period by two days so now I am stuck with this printer that I do not want. Best Buy please make your return policy longer on these type of items to 30 days instead of 14 days.

So far, so good. I haven't used all the features yet, but canon is a good product. We also just switched to all canon copiers at work.

While the printer feature works fine, the scanning leaves a lot to be desired. It requires a different program to download and it is only available thru Microsoft Store. Not my first or last choice.
