Very happy with my printer & the people that helped me thank you

Bought this to circumvent cartridges and to be able to print color in high volume. Had some trouble at times printing pictures from the internet and getting sizing appropriate. App leaves something to be desired. But so far so good.

Works fine. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. For a more photo centered use I’d spend a little more and get one that’s photo focused. This prints them OK but there are better photo printers.

Wireless setup is easy, so such simpler and much more efficient to operate from mobile devices as opposed to my previous Canon 3620 cartridge printer. All of this at the reduced printing cost of a supertank inkjet printer from Canon

So far so good...Easy set up.... Home schooling the kiddo so hoping we don't spend a fortune on ink on this printer..Our last printer seemed to always be low...

Sometimes it prints right away, sometimes it whirs, clunks and thinks about it for a couple minutes. It took over an hour to download the drivers on 300 meg wifi. The QR code that comes up on the display to set your phone up for direct printing wouldn’t scan so I downloaded the Canon Print app on my iPhone but it won’t print the top 1/2” of the page. Very disappointed

The printer didn't work. The issue was to get a connection to the printer. After countless hours and talking to a Canon expert on the phone, we had to return the printer. Since we kept trying for so long, we were 4 days late with the return but luckily got the insurance for $35. I know best buy can't do much about that, but come on. We basicslly paid $35 for a broken printer and then had to purchase a new one. Very frustrating. Next time after a first try of not working we'll just return it right away without wasting hours and hours on trying to make it work; and then paying for it.

I'm so disappointed. I waited so long to purchase this and now that I have, it never wants to connect to my mac wirelessly. I have to constantly recreate the connection. Same with scanning. So frustrated and disappointed that I waited so long for something that is terrible to work with.

One stars for the reason that after hours of rerunning the WiFi connection protocol on my CPU and ensuring network connectivity on both devices I was never able to get the printer to partner with the adjacent computer, even though other WiFi devices work fine. I was able to get the printer to work with a CPU in another room, but remain mystified how it can be that a brand as established as Canon doesn’t have quick fix remedy for this problem, or why it it should be a problem at all!
