Very Ordinary Printer with an Extraordinary Ink Supply. I don’t know exactly how long the ink supply lasts (Real Time) but the super-Tank holds a remarkable amount of ink Boasting Well over 6-7 THOUSAND Pages before refills needed.
NOW for those who buy refill and Refill/kits and do it the sloppy way – refilling small cartridges in the standard inkjets this puppy would be a godsend.
One nice feature is the semi-transparent ink reservoirs. You can easily see how much ink is left from the OUTSIDE of the printer, the plastic reservoirs are marked at the low points where you can avoid getting caught with sudden loss of a color or not even realize until the fading color cause damage to the ink-jet spray in the printer
Since I rarely use color and am sick and tired of eye balling my ink levels this and the oddity that my line of printers typically seem to lose the yellow printing capacity because Color ink “leaks” out on all your B/W printouts and many of the older inkjets do not report enough accurate readings on ink levels, some fail completely and others make you throw out excessive ink. I find this very useful
The All-In One is standard and functional, wireless being the best. I’ve always bought high end multi functional printers with fax, network, USB, wireless, multipage feeders but the line that I followed sold me a lemon so I both needed a printer STRONG in the areas where mine was negligent and this printer has the longevity of ink, the exceptional reliable wifi, and color ink at a reasonable cost. when I do need to do photos, I will miss the 7 cartridge color ink jet and the TRUE 3d Flatbed scanner multi-sheet feeder and trays but for personal use and more cell phone friendly it was overdue
ONE thing I hate is the small boxy 1x1 LCD controls for Manual operations. Although backlit very well for nighttime use the characters and arrow selection setup is almost criminal, it does have a color/black and QR button but all other MANUAL operations run through the LCD you really need to download the apps to see what’s up with the printer
Also 1 USB connector w/o cable?
In Summation a very hassle frees Printer a good cell phone crossover genZ Machine.

This G3270 replaces a G6020 that quit black printing when I refilled all inks. This review compares G3270 to G6020. The G3270 cost less. But lacks FAX ability, which I had never used with the 6020.
The backlit 1" square screen should be an improvement over the larger LCD. But the display text is too tiny. The 6020 display angle could be adjusted up and down. But that didn't help much. The 3270 can't be adjusted. It might help if it could be adjusted left and right. I have the printer on a large desk, to the left of the large monitor. I sit in front of the monitor. So I'm looking sideways at the printer display. Actually, I lean way over to see the display. If I had a shelf above the monitor, the printer would be closer and in line with my eyesight. Even then it would be a strain to easily see the text. Fortunately, the printer has been trouble-free so I haven't needed the display.
I haven't timed the printer. For me it is fast enough. The print quality is very good. It is difficult to determine which is the original when I make a copy. Speed and quality, to me, seem the same with this 3270 and the 6020. Ink refill use the same system. I really like the large capacity tanks. I'll never go back to a printer with cartridges.
So far, I've only had one paper jam. And it was easy to fix. This is the first printer I've owned that has been top rear loading. The prior ones required loading into front cassette(s). After using this 3270 I much prefer the top rear loading. I can just glance at the printer and determine how much paper is left. Also the cassette system was more prone to paper jams. And more difficult to retrieve the jammed paper. For long documents, this 3270 top/rear loading makes reloading very easy without interrupting printing.

Easy & quick setup. I like that you connect through Wifi and no cords to mess around with. The pictures quality is great and quick. A great choice for a home printer.

The setup was easy. I love the idea of getting rid of ink cartridges. I had HP ink printer and had to have monthly subscription to use the printer. I hated, so I got rid of ink cartridge HP ink printer. It looks this printer doesn’t require subscription to print which is good. However print quality is not great. I print photos to paint. It’s a major drawback for me.

This is my second PIXMA Mega Tank Wireless Printer. I love that I can place my printer in the best spot in the room for my needs. I never have to worry about running out of ink. It has many options for paper type and that is a big bonus since I use the printer for art and photography as well as my writing. Can't say enough good things about my PIXMA G3270.

easy to set up. Hoping the ink lasts me a long time. I like the ink tank concept.
I did not like that it said this printer does both side printing, but it requires you to put the one sided sheet back into the tray to print the other side.

Great printer for college students. It has a small footprint if living in a dorm or travel trailer. Print quality is perfect for daily use. It spits out BW documents quickly and ink is dry before you pick it up. Tank printers great for high volume. Cost PP is cheaper.

This printer really shines when it comes to output quality. The print quality is consistently good, delivering crisp and clear results whether it's documents or photos. You'll be impressed with how sharp everything looks.
The only minor point to note is that it can be a little slow connecting at times. It's not a major issue, but you might experience a brief wait before it's ready to go. Once it's connected, though, it performs beautifully.

Delivered on time. Still getting used to it.But seems to work perfectly. Not a big deal, setting it up fairly simple. Would I buy this again absolutely. Would I recommend it to others? for sure. I've had several printers before that Used ink cartridges but this it's so much easier and cost effective.

I’m very happy with this printer. Yes the screen is small, but it you set up using the Canon site or app, it’s very easy. Glad to be free of ink cartridges. Print quality is excellent so far, though I have yet to print photos. If the printer is on, I can command print from anywhere in my house - from my laptop, my iPad, or my phone. And it comes in white!

I bought this printer to replace an older model Canon Pixma MegaTank. My previous model lasted 4 years. I do a lot of printing for children's classes and needed a printer that wouldn't run out of ink once a week. These tank printers are the way to go. I only purchased refill ink about once a year with my old one. Product is sturdy, easy to set up with wireless network and the print quality is excellent. I highly recommend this printer!

Works as described. We’ve had no issues. My wife needed this for her crafting because the type of ink they use. Easy setup no issues and ink has lasted.

I have not owned this printer long enough to give a 5 star rating. However, after my ancient Canon printer finally broke down, and a good deal of research, I finally opted for this model (with very helpful input from BEST BUY staff.). Love the fact that I am not spending a fortune on cartridges, the ease of operation, school, and quality of print (BLACK and WHITE and COLOR) is great! (Had GEEK SQUD install, and very glad I did.)

The print quality is very good, but we have a few dislikes that are associated with some of the features. My last printer was a Canon MG6120 but was lost in a fire so when I needed to replace it I decided to upgrade to the G3270 because I liked the idea of the ink tanks. Unfortunately, it was a downgrade in printing on both sides of the paper. The 6120 flipped it automatically to print the other side. On the 3270, you have to reinsert what you are printing manually to accomplish this. Also, the scanning function does not work well when using the controls on the 3270. The 6120 was easy to use right on the printer. Also, when scanning something, it's not clear where the document is ending up. With the 6120, a folder would pop automatically telling you where to find the document. I don't really consider the G3270 an upgrade anymore.
