We have always used canon printers. We really like this printer with the top feed for coping more than one page. We also like that the computer has ink bins that you fill from bottle of ink instead of ink cartridges. We highly recommend this printer to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new printer.

I do a lot of printing at home for my job, my old printer seemed to run out of the color cartridge every month and the black one lasted about 6 weeks. Since I purchased the Canon at the recommendation of the sales person I haven’t had to replace ink since I bought it and still have over half a tank. The print quality is superb.

Reliable, easy to use. Menu screen really needs to be backlit. Very difficult to read black letters on a dark grey screen. Easy to set up and fill ink tanks.

So far we love it. Suoer easy to use with tour phone. We had a problem with it when printing. The little face need to be open, other wise you get an error and cant print. But after that we loved it.

Great printer the ink last forever and hold tons of paper. Setting up is a mission and if your not tech savy maybe purchase someone to help you install and set up

I love the mega tank option. Prints well and easy to use.

Finally a printer that can keep up with my families real life!! Have not had for a long time, but with 3 college students in the house it has no problem keeping up. Still smears a little and had trouble with scanner, but no regrets.

Clear instructions to set up. Easy software install. Printer works well. Works perfectly on mac. Windows 10 sometimes has glitches with the print spooler, but that's a Windows 10 issue. Same problem on the same computer happens with other printers. Print quality, user interface, scan quality very nice. Recommended.

I though the setup seemed confusing and somewhat cumbersome. Perhaps because the Epson printer we had was so easy. That aside, I thought the little printing I did did was very clear and crisp. I also thought the small screen for print selection options was small. I did return the printer and purchased another Epson. Its probably only a matter of personal preference and not the fault of the printer itself.

Better than my HP that has been replaced 2 times now

So far this printer is working well. Easy to set up. Works easily from my MacBook laptop and from our mobile devices. Easily prints double sided documents. So much better than the Epson printer that I was NEVER happy with from day one.

Fantastic printer. Ink tanks are way better and cheaper than buying conventional ink. Fast, great print quality, and versatility make for one of the best printers I have purchased. As with any ink jet printer, just make sure to print a color page at least once per month to prevent ink from drying out.

Love this brand and models of the canon, its my second one which I replaced only once in like ten years and I love the new refillable ink feature.

Love the features but love the mega ink aspect. The thought of not having to run out and buy ink every few weeks, is exciting.

I print a lot for my classroom. While I bought extra ink with the expectation I’d run through it quickly, I was very wrong. I still have well over half of the black ink and 3/4 of the colors after printing 300ish papers. If you are a heavy printer user, eco ink is for you and this printer is pretty darn awesome!

This replaces my HP Smart Tank 7001. Which became essentially a paperweight, basically. Lot of money and not that old and it cratered on me. Won't hook up to the Wi-Fi, anymore. The Canon is a great replacement and comes with a generous amount of ink. Trust the Canon brand.

Have had Canon inkjets for many years. This printer is no exception, very easy to setup to start printing. High quality product and excellent printed pages. Seems to print more precisely than my previous Canon Pixma printer. And, of course, no more ink cartridges.

Good print quality, large bottle of black ink x 2, red, yellow blue bottles included too. We bought this printer because it is specifically engineered to save on ink costs.
