Geeksquard client agent that was supposed to assist remotely during installation we're unprofessional and she abandoned and ran away.

Product does very little well. It defaults to rear tray even when not using it which prevents the printer from you know printing. Trying to use adf function on printer initially worked, now it will only scan on the platen. The software for scanning documents is in the Stone Age compared to my old HP scanner. This printer is garbage.

It seems like a good printer and I like the big tanks.. but I thought the document feeder was duplex and it is not.

Randomly stop operating I can’t not fixed anymore I don’t recommend for anyone.

Working really good so far after a few weeks from purchase. Hopefully it lasts longer than my last Canon. The extra black inks included was great.

Works great and easy to use. My wife uses it mainly for school since she went back. But its nice to print something off your phone if needed and/or fax.

Everything works as it should. Pictures not so good.

Clunky. Old technology. Slow. Best part is the refillable ink and decent ink tank

I've used this for over a month and it's worked flawlessly. I use it for scanning and printing but not faxing. I use it both with a USB and Wi-Fi. Filling the ink tanks is very easy and not messy.

No more cartridges! Initially had issues with scanner but was able to work it out.

It's been only 2 weeks but so far so good. Works as it should. We were concerned about setting it up... a few reviews talked about it being a nightmare to get it going.... up we followed the instructions on setting up the printer and all went well. Lucky I guess.

Best printer ever, finally not afraid to print color pages. This thing is like a camel, seems to use so little ink, it will last forever and does a great job! Nice job Canon! Also, had to do a lot of scanning, did a great job with the ADF and OCR.

This is my 2nd tank printer and I will never buy a printer that uses catridges again. Ink lasts so long with these tank printers! The printer works fantastic all around. Only drawback is the basic, outdated screen on the printer.

I bought this printer for the bulk ink feature, but it doesn’t work nearly as good for me as my old HP did. I have a hard time getting it to print wirelessly.

This printer is a GREAT value. Works great, Comes with plenty of ink (not just a starter set).

Easy to set up and put on my network. Prints and copies and scans great. Ink for this printer will be a big savings over my old printer.

Learning to do anything with this printer is a challenge. You must use goggle to find a user manual and all the canon utilities. Network setup, photo printing, scanning, etc. are all difficult at first.
