Excellent device. I found it easy to set up. Documentation not the best. Machine operates quickly and quietly. Great features and great quality.

I have only started to use this printer and the quality of the print, and pictures are outstanding. I cannot wait to fully understand all that I can do with this printer. It is nice that it came with all the ink needed to get going. A friend recommended this printer and I'm glad I took his advice, so I am recommending also.

This printer does a great job printing. The colors are great and very easy to set up.

The set up directions are not extensive. They seem straightforward, but setup was not easy. The printer loses connection with the router and you have to restart it. Just not easy. The ink tanks are easy to fill, but you can’t easily move the printer after filling the tanks. I guess so you can’t easily return this to Best Buy for them to help get it to work? The display has no illumination so have your phone with the flashlight function handy if the room lighting isn’t interrogation level. The print qualities is good, but it prints lightly. Overall, I would not buy this printer again.

So far is working properly, was easy to set up and have a high quality printing.

Love that the ink lasts so long! Print quality is very good, but printing on the photo quality settings is a little slower than I had imagined. Paper jams more than previous printers I’ve owned but it is easy to get the stuck paper out when it happens. Overall not hating the printer but not 100% in live with it either.

Love it, easy set up, holds a whole rim of paper , and ink last forever.

It does everything I need it to do print, scan copy and Fax and you do not have to change ink cartridges like other printers or if you run out of a color ink it will not work.

I agree with others that they could of included a backlight of colored displayed which would have made this a great overall value. As far as ink efficiency it's great and does a decent job with photos. My wife uses it for her Cameo 4 projects and works perfect on color photo paper for creating crafts at a low ink cost.

So far so good with this multi-function printer. Love having printing on both sides of the paper. Scanning documents is quick and fairly easy. Quality is pretty good. Have not used it for printing photos or anything where high quality is needed. Easy to fill the ink tanks - hoping they last a long time as advertised.

Good quality, doesn't handle labels well from the rear tray, need to make sure the edge isn't curled or it gets stuck. User interface is a little primitive but if you mainly print, you will barely notice after the printer is setup properly.

The best thing about this printer is that I can go days without printing and the first print that it does, comes out clean. I don't have to waste ink constantly cleaning dry head. The only negative I have is that the LCD screen is black print on a grey background. almost impossible to read in low light conditions.

Needed to replace our previous Canon Printer MX-922 and liked the idea of improved cost per sheet with this printer. Unfortunately, fir a more expensive printer it is missing some very basic features that were not obvious while looking online. The display looks like it was borrowed from a 90s pager except without being backlit. Unlike our previous printer the tray to catch printed pages is not automatic so if pages go everywhere if it isn’t manually opened and it seems to get lost on the Home network after sitting for a while. Also does not have a USB port to use a flash drive for scanning. Overall disappointed for the money.

The Canon - PIXMA MegaTank G7020 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer with Fax - Black is an awesome printer. The color quality is great and the normal black text printout is clear and crisp. I couldn't ask for a better printer for my needs.

I've used it with different kinds of paper and it seems to do well. Prints fast on plain paper but takes longer on anything fancy like photo paper. Haven't used all the features yet but the ones I did use it for It works fine. The User interface and screen is a bit archaic and the fact that you have to lift the user column upwards before it can print is a bit annoying (especially since the paper will not touch it when it comes out) but that's it so far. If there is anything that causes a problem later on I'll update. 12/13/21

Price was great for all the whistles & bells plus ink tanks. Works fantastic, once I figure out how to use functions, but it is by trial and error as I am very old school and have not figured out how to get instructions on how to operate. I miss getting instruction manuals.

WOW!! So glad I bought this printer - my other Canon died after 8 years. I chose this one because of the Mega Tank Ink - SO easy to set up and use. Connected to the wifi - not via my computer by through the printer. I find this is the easiest way to connect, not through the Canon program on the laptop. The copies I have made have been great - full color on a few. Vivid colors and fast printing. I really like the bottles of ink that you put into the tanks versus the cartridges on my old Canon. I think I will spend less $$ on ink this way. VERY happy with my purchase. Buy this printer!
