The cloud applicatiuon to scan to google drive is VERY challenging to configure. All of the standard functionality on the device was to expectations.

Great printer for the price. Prints clear and fast.

Very good home printer / scanner at this price, the mobile app is very helpful. It serves my purpose and the installation is a cake walk and not time consuming.

I needed a basic all in one printer and the price and quality was right, uses a lot of ink and like all the other printer makers its ink prices offset the initial low price of the printer.

This printer works great. It comes with a disc, which makes set up real easy. (remember plug and play) Don't buy one with software online. I made a couple of color test prints, but mostly black and white. All of them look great.

Product is great but its not easy to use to set up wireless connection.

Does what l need it to do, not advanced enough for office use.

I just needed something to print basic black and white copies and it works great for that. Not sure how a photo would look, haven't tried one yet.

Slower than expected when making copies, ink cartridges are expensive

Purchased to replace an older but similar model. Was surprised how well the automatic 2 sided print feature worked. Also works well with mobile devices.

The printing and scanning features works as expected. The app is also easy to use.

This printer works well for me as I dont need a high capacity printer for anything but the occasional email. It does not connect wirelessly as it states to a chromebook or a pc i have. I have to use an usb connection so be prepared to do that if you purchase it.

Its not the best, but better then the other two I tyd, its not loud so thats a plus because a lot of them are exagerated loud which is annoying..

Easy installation. The best thing is, I can print on 2 sides, which means it saves me a lot of paper.

Bought this MG3620 printer with Geek squad protection. Took it to Best Buy after an year to check the protection plan as was able to print. Since this is not available on the west oaks store, they mentioned that the I can get this exchanged, but have to pay 30$ more for the available printer in the store. They also cancelled the protection plan saying this is valid only for an year. Neither I get my printer and lost the protection plan.Had no other way and got a Bose Earphone as exchange :(

You get what you pay for. I worked for a competitor printer company for years. They make their money on ink. That's fine, however, this thing was hard to connect. I changed internet carriers and just threw it away rather than spending another four hours trying to get it to connect again. My time in four hours is worth more than $50. Plus, once it got a paper jam, it NEVER printed right again no matter what I did. Scanner was great, but still not connected, so trash. So not worth it folks.
