So far a good printer and need a full black & color cartridge instead of sample which was in the printer.

It was what I wanted. A basic all in one printer.

Poor quality printer. Not easy to install software setup. Could not find software install procedure online for the model. One side of the cover got off corner snap and it was difficult to put back.

When you install the software for the printer it installs additional software that incessantly has popups come up that tell you that you need to update the driver. Then, if you click on it, it tells you that you have to purchase new drivers. I tried uninstalling the driver updater software and it uninstalled the printer as well.

I'm very pleased that I purchased this item and would purchase this item in the future.

Printer works well, and no complaints now that it is set up. Frustrating wi-fi setup for macOS though. I consider myself to be an advance user, and it took me nearly an hour to get my iMac to recognize the device. Setup instructions could be a lot more clear. Had to go to online support forums to finally figure it out.

Good value for the money paid. WiFi connectivity works without issues.

I honestly feel like you kinda get what you pay for with this pinter so I cant complain all too much. It took me about an hour to get it to work, the online drivers seem to be out if date so the printer was almost impossible to set up on the computer first.

The copies are very good. The only negative is the replacement cartridges are expensive? Also Cannon printers last longer than HP ones. I still have my other Cannon inkjet printer from six years ago.

Needed printer that would print on both sides of paper automatically. This one does. First printer wouldn't hook up to computer wired or wireless so took it back and Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked.

Works good just was a bit hard to setup at first with the printer not connecting to my Wi-Fi.

This was a surprisingly inexpensive printer. One star only because one hinge on the front door of the paper tray was broken when initially unboxing it. I did not even get to plug it in. It was very delicate plastic. I immediately returned it. Best Buy was great about it. Because it seemed to be a less-than-durable printer model, I opted to buy one five times more expensive. You get what you pay for. So no judgment on its operation here, just a quality control problem.

The set up was a little challenging at first. After it was all set up it works great!

Setup is a bit more tricky than one with a built in screen. Buworks fine so far.

The printer is fine. There's nothing really that sets it apart from others. Good lucking getting this thing to connect to your WiFi though. It's near impossible and not worth it. Spend up and get a unit with a touchscreen or well, any screen for better control.

My daughter didn't have a printer. Gave her this one for Christmas. She loves it.

For the price it's ok. It's good for a college kid just trying to print papers out.
