Thanks...so much but now it’s not working properly...it was good til now...I need it fixed...I have warranty...someone help

As to printing it's great. Easy set up & installation but that's where the 'easy' ends. We have to keep turning it on, it doesn't just stay on; so if send a print job it won't wake up automatically & print. You must turn it on and start over. There isn't a Direction booklet or pamphlet, we have to go on line or use CD, both are a pain. The control panel has icons instead of words, icons aren't simple, readable. We haven't mastered the scramming element which is annoying. Scanning seems to be a process, not just a quick click click. Let's just say it isn't just a simple plug in and start using unless just printing jobs.

good machine works very well I like the paper set up on a tray at the front.

Everything went very smoothly. I ordered the printer and extra ink cartridges and they came separately and on time.

This printer is working out very well for us and it doesn't seem to be using ink very fast

Having used Canon printers for both personal and business applications, when the need arose for a new printer I selected another Canon model. The PIXMA MG3620 was on sale so I purchased it and started to use it for routine projects. Much to my dismay, this printer uses a lot of ink and I mean a lot. The purchase price may have been attractive but the cost of operation seems very high. Not what I expected from Canon. I made a bad choice.

Often have trouble with this since first day. Connection is snotty for wireless and not a great product but was in stock in store a d a decent price

I've had this printer for a little over a year now, and I'm glad I only spent $30 on it because it has had its share of issues. Sometimes my devices (phone, tablet, computer) won't connect, or other times the printer just spits blank paper out instead of printing.

Great price for the type of printer. Super-easy to set up wirelessly on all kids' devices (laptops, tablets and even iPhones)

This is a great compact computer for starters and it will get the basics done.

I purchased as a gift. All I can review at this time is the shipping. It got here in record time. Package looked solid.

The wireless function was tricky to set up on my mac, but it works great now.

Use this printer for grad school and every day household use--works great. Have had trouble getting it set up for wireless printing but that is probably operator error

Delivery was fast, arrived before expected. Setup was terrible. I tried for over two hours and it would not connect to my wifi. Finally gave up and used a USB cable to connect to my computer. Was able to get it to work that way but I would have preferred to go wireless. Printer is very loud when printing, much louder then my previous one. It is also very slow. Overall it was disappointed.

great printer and great price....really happy with the quality of copies. Lots of features but haven't used them yet.
