This printer came in handy as my daughter was off to college

I love this printer, the only downfall is that the scanner cover seems a little cheap but for the money it is a great product!

Cannot get to print wirelessly. Not sure if it’s my internet service.

I just love the product. I use it everyday for school and love the fact that it is a color printer as well. Just love it!!

I needed a printer for school. Scans and prints! Hooking it wireless is a pain but if you can print directly from your phone!!

This printer is great. WiFi accessible. Only downfall is that you must turn it on manually for it to start up.

The ink system is totally bunk! I can't print more than than 10 sheets of full color cards and (8-10) 8x12 full color art prints before needing to replace the color cartridge. And the last 6 pages of printing, the quality clearly depreciates before you even run out of ink. I totally regret this purchase and wished I would have not felt like I had to settle because everything else was sold out when I needed to buy an emergency replacement printer when my older canon died mid convention prep.

The Canon PIXMA printer I bought is ok for the price. Plastic parts are thin and fragile, so careful handling is required.

I like the printer but it will not print on cardstock. I'm disappointed it cannot do this.

it was easy to set up but didficult to set up connection of my chromebook to print, but finally figured it out. The paper jams a lot. But decent and affordable!

After purchasing this printer and connecting it with our network it worked flawlessly. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Terrible product, didn't work! Spent countless hours troubleshooting. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. 14 day return policy!!!! This is the most absurd and you apparently need to buy a membership to have a normal 60-day return policy. Worst customer service to top it off. Will not even give me a store credit for another working printer! No Contact us form on your website either.. so here ya go! Very disappointed in your products and service. Your policy is a true Scam, and no assistane.

Arrrg, I've literally only used it a few times since December 2023. At first it wouldn't connect to WIFI, now it won't even turn on at all. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk and I didn't even get my monies worth. Of course the manufacture warranty is only one year. I looked on YouTube for help and there are a host of other people with horrible feedback. Buyer beware!

Needed to get ink for a different printer and saw the price on this unit. Just picked it up instead of ink.

Inexpensive quality printer. Set up was fairly easy and it works just fine thus far.

Just use the corded version. Hard to connect. I still like Hp better

Great working printer ! Connects with phone and WiFi easily amazing printer!

Use it for occasional printing, not high volume. Prints slow but it's fine with me. Good for price.
