I had to return this printer

Im 33 and very tech savvy. I could not figure this out.. The printer worked with a cord but it would not connect to their wi-fi. Took a good hour trying to figure it out and I just ended up taking it back.

I could not get my WiFi to recognize this printer

I finally plugged it into the usb and it worked fine. Not sure what kinds of customer support comes with it? I don’t think I should have to pay extra to get it to work as it should.
