Printer setup was really easy and the printing quality is great. As with most current printers the real cost is the ink. Don't like how Cannon tries to force you to buy their replacement cartridges by telling you that a refilled cartridge is out of ink.

This is my third Canon printer in the past several years; I'm a Canon fan. User-friendly, easy to change inks. Good quality for the price.

Easy to use WiFi printer connected to my laptop and my tablet with no problems. Its good because it only uses 2 cartridges one black and one color. We looked at another printer but it used about 6 cartridges and that's to much to replace when we mainly print documents.

Inexpensive and easy to use. Great for college and personal usage.

I had a very cheap printer before this and needed to upgrade to a new printer. This one is low cost and includes the wifi. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Setup wasn't complicated. Just doesn't come with a USB cable in cas you need a wire for access or if for some reason wireless doesn't work. Overall a good buy.

Bought this printer on sale and I t's great. I love the wireless printing option. Once it's set up, you can print from any phone as well. Super convenient.

I wanted a second printer, and I selected this model because my other printer is a Canon and I wanted to use the same size ink cartridges. This is my second attempt with this purchase - I had to return the first one because it kept saying I hadn't removed all the packaging and it was giving me an error code. After trying for an hour to find the "packaging" I hadn't removed, including unscrewing parts of the printer, I gave up and returned it. I got the second one - same model - and cannot even insert the ink cartridges. The sliding mechanism keeps bumping into something. After wrestling with this problem for another hour and getting the print heads in the right spot, the cartridge release would not pull down all the way in order to insert the cartridges. Then a little lever snapped off as I was trying to move it out of the way. There are no instructions or diagrams anywhere that explain what this little lever was for. It was just a random moving part underneath the cartridge holders. I am probably getting too detailed here, but let it suffice to say that the mechanical aspects of the machine itself are poorly built and do not line up correctly in order to function. I am not technologically illiterate. In fact, I know how Canon printers are supposed to work, because I already owned one. So, this one is going back to the store and I will NOT be purchasing another Canon printer. I am so frustrated and disappointed. p.s. when packing it back up, the paper tray won't even close up again. Just a terrible piece of machinery.
