As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. At 43 years old and the tech educated member of the family. Unless you enjoy countless printer errors, I'd steer clear of this one. It's taken months to get this unit to finally recognize that it's not out of paper every day of its life which is so incredibly frustrating. I owned some Dell and HP Printers in the past and now regret leaving them, more specifically HP. I'll never buy another printer without a screen ever again either, trying to decipher its day to day problems without a screen telling you exactly what's going on only adds to the frustration, having to figure out which group of lights mean what when their actual buttons don't correspond to the error identification. If you have low blood pressure, this one will get you right, that's for sure. Hope this review helps someone avoid my mistakes.

Perfect for dorm room, single user. Dependable and inexpensive to run!

I gave it that because it’s not the easiest to install to your phone or wireless items. Just needed something to print paperwork nothing fancy but I’ve paid the same from a competitor and had better quality and better ease of installing the printer to my phone, laptop, etc.

Impossible to install as wireless printer if you have a router requiring a password. And no help line to call. It prints like a single function copier that is wired to computer but it does not meet my needs for a wireless all in one. Taking it back for refund ASAP.

If you are looking for basic printer/scanner/copy, this is it for you.

The printer is great however set up is a bit tough if you can't get the Wifi right the first time.

Have latest Mac update in my laptop and could not get the printer to work wirelessly. Returned same day couldn't wait for a software upgrade.

Not what I expected. No fax, can't locate the settings.

My Grandson needed a printer and this one was perfect for a 14 year old.

Terrible printer . I would not recommend this purchase. It takes so long to try and get it to connect to the internet. With multiple tries it just doesn’t work. I had to use a cord to print what I needed from my laptop.

If it wasn’t for the fact that ink is expensive and needs to be replaced way too often I would give it a higher rating.
