Good printer. A little difficulty setting up wireless printing

Comes with full ink which is nice. Hard to set up unfortunately.

Not that great. Connecting to home internet has issues.

Really nice product but really hard to connect with other device.

once i got it set up. wich was difficult ?every thing worked smooth !

Was not able to connect this printer to my network wireless, I tried to reset the print back to factory settings, but everything I tried I could not get it to reset nor could I get it to connect to my network. Took it back to Best Buy for a refund.

I wasted 6 hours of my life yesterday trying to connect this printer to my laptop or my phone and was unsuccessful. I am convinced it is defective. I went and bought an HP machine and had it hooked up to my phone and my laptop within 30 minutes using the same wireless router. This printer is so frustrating. There is no way to verify it is connected to your network and the app is useless. Returning it today.

It's ok but still learning- had hard time hookinh to phone

The buttons on this printer are very cheap, have to look instructions up on YouTube, not easy to connect to jetpack. When i asked a Best Buy employee they said it was easy to connect

It's a little slow, but it works well for a basic printer.

I’ve never in my life had so many issues trying to get a printer to work. I’ve gotten it to print twice, and then every time I go to print, both my laptop and phone refuse to find it and I have to reset stuff on the printer. I have had to look up tutorials on YouTube because the instructions Canon provided are terrible. It’s exhausting for a mediocre printer, and if so much time hadn’t passed since I purchased it, I would return it. One of the worst purchases of my life.

Wasn't able to set it up, even my son couldn't get it to work and he is an IT manager. I could have gotten a dud, but still going to return it.

I couldn't connect to wifi. Since it doesn't have a screen or buttons, I could not figure it out. Maybe I'm dumb but when I took it back the associate said that it is hard to connect and recommended a better one.

Bought this because I had one like it for years. However,this one works when it feels like it. I found the best way to get it to print when asked to is to keep it off until ready to use.

Not pleased with this purchase. Wireless connection drops so had to wire it directly to computer. Makes this purchase rather pointless.

I first bought a Canon printer because it was on sale. I found the setup instructions confusing, and they included a disk -- I found this annoying, because I didn’t intend to buy a disk drive. Furthermore, Canon’s tech support and website were really bad. So I returned the printer and bought an HP. Canon needs to stick to cameras.

Worked fine 5 months. Now doesn’t work and can't return to Worst Buy

Bought this printer in September 2018 with occasional VERY LIGHT printing. As of June 2019, it is completely SHOT - OUT OF COMMISSION. Recently tried printing shipping labels, invoices, and financial spreadsheets. EVERY PRINT CAME OUT OFF ALIGNMENT WITH NOTICEABLE STREAKING. Tried rebooting several times: even did the alignment test, calibrated the entire system, and cleaned the printing head - EVERY TEST FAILED. This is my first Canon printer after being highly raved by family and friends and this will definitely be my last. Sadly, I can say that I got what I paid for. Going back to my all time favorite HP printers that lasted me for years!

For the price, it was the perfect gift for my mother.
