No USB slots - junk, big mistake by me. should have spent more money. do not buy this thing. BAD

it stopped working after 5 months of use. I've probably printed out 20 pages. It literally won't turn on despite using moving it around to different plus and disconnecting and reconnecting the cord in 5 different outlets where other appliances work.

This may not be the fairest review, but it is what it is. I bought the printer b/c it was needed, but when it came to set up it didn't connect to a Windows laptop, Android phone, or IOS iPad. I'm returning it as defective, and not going to take a replacement due to no additional support options when setting it up.

I am extremely disappointed. The printer does not work and I have tried everything.

It is not easy to connect and print. Not easy to change the ink.

Garbage. I miss the days of quality electronics. Lexmark was a great brand . This Cannon was trouble out of box . paper feed issues and crappy ink

Good printer, good price, but ink runs out fast...

Gave me wrong info about a misaligned track to copy from computer. Geek Squad fixed it right for me.

The printer is easy to operate and copies well. I hope to find ink soon as the store did not have it this week.

Canon is not user friendly. I bought this around Christmas time but did not need until now. Now that its been 4 months I cannot return a faulty, difficult to use brand. Never will buy Canon ever again. Shame on Best Buy.

This is a good printer but there are better for the price point, now.

Awful does not even begin to describe this printer. I’ve had it just shy of a month and already ordered a new one. Don’t waste your money! It prints half of my document and then stops. I’ve wasted so much paper and time and ink reprinting the same things over and over, so that entire document will print. This thing is going straight in the trash.

There's a backet that catches the papers as they print out. After pulling the backet all the way out, as far as it can go. The backet is still too short so when the paper prints out, it fails off the backet and onto the floor. When i changed my wireless network, it took me a while to figure out how to connect the printer wifi settings to the new network.

Does not connect to my computer. Impossible to set up. I have followed every instruction multiple times, and attempted several times to get it to connect to my computer, and it simply does not work. Very frustrating.

This printer is working really well . Dual side printing is a nice feature. I have been using it for over 6 months and everything seems to be working fine.

This printer was on sale when I purchased. I only needed a small printer for school work. Absolutely terrible printer! Could not hook up to WiFi after numerous attempts! Should have read comments before purchasing-needless to say I returned it for a HP printer.

Worst piece of printer to ever buy. I could not connect it at home and when I bought it to the geek squad they still couldn’t connect it. Had to buy a whole new printer. Geek Squad was very nice and helpful. It was definitely the manufacturer.

it WON'T work wireless, several people have attempted to get it to work.

This printer is terrible. Took me days to install and it's barely working. It's unreliable. Says there is no ink when there is. Same with paper. I had to reinstall the software 3 times and it's still not functioning properly. Canon's customer service support is non-existent.

Does not connect well to mobile devices even after following the instructions. Okay for what it does.
