Doesn’t have the functionality that it states on the box

Nice and compact for smaller spaces and does all the jobs of a larger printer. Set-up and installation were not complicated as most. I am not that great with set-up and it only took 15-20 minutes including reading the instructions to get it set up. NICE!!! Just as explained in the overview.

I was thrown off by the top being a different color red than the body, but it grew in me. My first canon! Prints and scans well. Easy to set up. Great price and does its job well!

This PIXMA MG3620 is easy to use and prints perfectly. Only difficulty I had was with my laptop when trying to make it wireless. Used a wire and all is fine.

This Canon 3620 was purchased to replace an older Canon 3200 series model. The 1 thing that I see as inconvenient on this model is the paper feed. It feeds from below insrewad of from above. It works as well as my first 3200 series Canon printer, unfortunately it cost double the price of the discontinued 3200 series Canon printer.

Good print quality and convenient size. Good for small art prints.

Good quality printing done quickly. Quality of copies is not as good. Fairly easy to set up. Easy to use.

Would of been a five, but this printer is really slow to react to request to print. Otherwise, it does really well, prints very nicely.

had a bad experience with another brand printer and wanted to try another brand. Knew nothing about Canon but the price was good so I ordered it. Best Buy was very easy to deal with. Had a really hard time trying to set it up wirelessly. Finally gave up and purchased a cable, easy peasy! It is doing a very good job so far. I'm happy.

This unexpensive little printer/scanner is just the thing for most homes. If you just bneed a printer occassionally and you want to just hit print and have the item come out ready to mail, this is for you. We had a printer costly fives times as much that took minutes to get ready to print and then printed slowly, but not always -- very fussy. This Canon is dependable and just always works. I had one on our sailboat when we were cruising that we could depend on despite being exposed to sea air year after year.

Cheap printer. Prints well. Tunrns itself off when not used overnight and you have to wake it up/turn it on. Cartridges are small, even the XXL/XL ones. And aftermarket ones are pretty pricey even. The world is a mess and this was the only printer avssilable the same day, and I had to drive across Metro Phoenix (50 miles) to pick it up. Let's Go Brandon!!

An efficient and affordable printer for my office. I wanted a printer to print on both sides and this one is meets that requirement.

The prints are clear and the PIXMA MG3620 has an affordable price.

The functionality and ease of use are excellent. I've owned several printers over the years as they seem to be outdated almost as soon as you purchase them, but between scanning/copying/photo printing, the bang for your buck here is awesome. Needs the least space out of any I've ever owned to function normally as well.
