Excellent Printer and scnner good replacement as my old printer a 3500 series had failed

I had a few of these in the past. They look better than they actual work. They're much too complicated. After the initial set-up they require extra adjustments to keep working. Seldom, was I able to just be able to print without having to access the menu.

Just got it few days back and works well, tried airprint and it does pretty decent job.

LOVE IT! It is great for printing. I had one before and it just stopped feeding the paper. I don't know why? It never worked ever again. I hope that this one doesn't do that.

Wireless instructions were difficult to follow if you’re not computer savvy.

Ive owned many cannon printers and i chose this one due to the mega tank ink wells instead of the old cartridges but the print quality and colr darkness is no comparison to the old fashion cartridge style printers.

This is a great printer for printing things from the computer via wi-fi. I like the fact that the computer is in one room and the printer is in another. They communicate nicely. I also like the scanner or making copies!

The software for this printer was insanely hard to load is hard to use.I can't make the printer wirelessly print or scan. And it dosnt turn it self on as advertised. But at least the print quality is good

Could not connect to wireless network in our house. This is my 3rd wireless printer so it's not like I haven't done this before. My son-in-law, who is an IT professional, tried and was unable to connect it also. Not sure if this is a common problem or an isolated incident, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this printer.

I really just needed a minimal printer to print and this definitely does the job.

Works well and is very quiet. This is the first wireless printer we purchased that actually works.

Difficult setup. Could not get printer to remain connected to my router. Spent multiple hours in phone with Canon support. Support agent was very condescending and didn't resolve my problem. Don't buy this printer.

Good printer for the price. Took a bit of time to get Wifi to work, but all good now.

I had needed a printer for a while but didn't want to spend a lot of money on it since I only use it rarely. The printer works fine if you are just printing out a couple pages. If you are trying to print out multiple copies of something or a document with many pages you have to wait forever for it to finish. It takes about 3-5 minutes for it to print one page. The quality is also not the greatest. I tried printing out a picture from my phone and it was very blurry so probably just stick to printing out documents.

The wireless capability allows you to use the printer from any place in the house.

Was in need of a cheap printer. Ink costs as much as the printer. Thus the 4 stars

Wireless set up likes to mess up and you have to reinstall but works great otherwise.
