Terrible product, didn't work! Spent countless hours troubleshooting. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. 14 day return policy!!!! This is the most absurd and you apparently need to buy a membership to have a normal 60-day return policy. Worst customer service to top it off. Will not even give me a store credit for another working printer! No Contact us form on your website either.. so here ya go! Very disappointed in your products and service. Your policy is a true Scam, and no assistane.

The ability to print items from a phone is a nice feature, but it is very inconvenient to set up. The printer gets the job done though.

needed a new printer and bought the same one I got from best buy almost 4 years ago--great value and service

so far so good... this one was much better to set up then the old version . Putting the ink in at first was a little tricky but I figured it out... high quality ink

Simple printer that has wifi and easily connects to all devices connected to the same network.

This is a great printer for a college student. It does not have the option to fax but overall it is still great!

Easy to read instructions but it was hard to connect to WiFi. Would recommend only for wired connection

This is a good printer, but the instructions for a wireless installation are highly inadequate and Cannon support can only be accessed if the user is willing to pay for this support.

Arrrg, I've literally only used it a few times since December 2023. At first it wouldn't connect to WIFI, now it won't even turn on at all. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk and I didn't even get my monies worth. Of course the manufacture warranty is only one year. I looked on YouTube for help and there are a host of other people with horrible feedback. Buyer beware!

The blue tube is hard to connect to the computer. The set up was to difficult

The printer worked fine until we had to change the Internet Service Provider. Basically, the printer stayed on the original SSID network and we spent hours troubleshooting with Canon Product Support teams and DIY style via YouTube and Reddit forums with no luck. The reset options that were provided would not work. I don't recommend buying this product because we owned it for 2 months and it's now considered RETIRED by Canon. So, no options for replacement via Canon or Best Buy. We were simply told "please consider purchasing from our available models to replace this unit."
