Couldn’t get it to connect to my WiFi. Restarted the printer, my modem, and router multiple times, and just wouldn’t work. Seems to be a really common issue with these and unfortunately it’s true.

The sound is off the chain and does great! All I could ask for and price is right

So bad, maybe I just got unlucky but my printer was defunct and I had to call Canon and they sent me a new entirely different model of printer because the one I received from best buy was so jacked up (no idea why!)

Printer ribbon doesn't work properly. All distorted. Cheap!

Printer does not print when document is sent. Will take sometimes 3 times for it to print a full set of documents and half of my ink has been whipped out due to unfinished printing and me having to restart again. Will print 1 page (unfinished) and the second blank and so on.

This model is no longer supported by Canon. Drivers are not available so I cannot configure the printer. Also, no paper feed.

Terrible!!!! Worked fine until the return window closed! Now i can't get it to print hardly anything! Keeps saying it out of paper when it's not!!! Then if it does take paper it rips it in half?!?! Don't purchase!

I observed, the print quality is not that much good

We were looking for a 3&1 and small also light weight for our RV. This printer fit the bill. I was unable to connect to my wireless network called tech support and got us up in running in no time at all. The quality of the printer output is supper and is easy to use.

Invest in a better model, this economy model has been known to have roller problems, and sure enough, after 1 year, ours started with a paper jam error code, and there is no paper inside. I would not recommend it.

It did not function. During attempted setup, I called Canon, who offered to help for a fee. All who I spoke to said my Internet was fouled up. I returned it & bought a wireless HP all-in-one for under fifty bucks. The HP works like a charm.

Very bad to set up it took hours to see what was the problem

I could not get it to work nor could your Geek team....they advise I get a replacement.....there were none in store so it was ordered......after several days email told me that a replacement was not available.... Next day went to Best Buy again and bought a totally different printer......good luck to me

Check your software compatibility before buying. I failed to do so and due to that, I bought a printer that I can't use with the computer that I needed it to work with. Luckily my friend had a similar printer that we ended up using instead.

Returned item. Unable to set up without downloading app, etc. Had Canon previously lasted long time but this one not as simple to use.

Terrible product! Less than a year old, and it prints erratically or not at all. Was set up professionally by Geek Squad too (Who always do a great job).

These printers are only good for about a year with little use.

I tried connecting the printer and does not configure to the laptop. When I contacted Cannon, they started mentioning the driver needed for the printer to connect to Wifi does not work in the Laptop. Hence I had to return the printer.

Piece of garbage that doesn't print. Since it doesn't let me print wirelessly, I bought a line to connect the printer directly to my laptop. That doesn't work either. It works 1 out of 20 times. Don't waste your money on it like I did.
