Spend a little bit more money on a printer. This one takes forever to set up and it doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

I have had other brands of printer and they have only lasted about a year. Cannon has gone far beyond that and allowed me to buy printer cartridges ahead of time on sale.

It was a problem from the very beginning. I ended up calling the Geek Squad for help.They had to come to install the printer and the agent could NOT fix it. Eventually I had to return it.

ink has to be replaced to often. might need to purchase a different printer

Pure garbagé, every device in the house could recognize and send print jobs to it, but the printer kept saying it was not online when it was. Never printed anything but the test page.

I have been using canon printers for years now and have generally had a good experience. I was very disappointed with the WiFi setup on this printer. After days of trying, I finally gave up and returned it.

This printer did not last one week. It will not power up no matter what I do. I used it maybe 7 times. Astonishing failure.

I had to return it as it had a bad memory card. I returned it with no problems as I have Geek Squad protection plan

I bought this printer 6 months back. It is very pathetic. Often hangs and you have to restart multiple time to print or scan. It works after you try multiple time restarting the printer. I thought Canon is good brand for printer, I will never buy the printer from Canon.

Connection issues was a major problem. It didn’t connect to my Wi-Fi at all. I returned the printer and got an HP.

Downloaded using the internet and 2x with the disk supplied with purchase. It wouldn't connect to my desktop. After an hour. I had to call Geek squad, but they were no help. Returned print back to store the same day. It was a father's day gift for my dad. So disappointed.

I was able to easily locate this item in the store, pay and get on my way.

Paper is always getting stuck, auto print head alignment didnt work, I was only able to print 5 sheets of paper before the print head alignment went crazy after another sheet of paper got stuck.

Worst printer ever. Will not print documents. Constantly shows errors printing message with no details as to what the problem is. Don’t waste your money

piece of junk,could not connect to wifi I bought a hp and had it set up in 30 minutes. will not buy canon agian

Horrible setup. Could never get it to connect to my phone even with canon help via phone. Finally got it to connect to my husbands phone DAYS later. But never to mine. Returning.

Stupid yhing wony connect yo my ipad or phone wont even pick up on wifi a d cant use the CD because new laptops dont come with them anymore. Waste of money it’s garbage

The technician from Best Buy could not get it to work upon delivery. That actually says it all. He had to take it back.

Site is either outdated or wrong. Everything tells you to use a cable that is not included. Trash

Printer worked for about a week. After that, it wouldn't power on. Called Best Buy support. They were supposed to call me back but I never heard from them. Needless to say I am done with Best Buy
