Printer does what it is supposed to do. Only complaint is the noise. I know about printers having little noises, but this is a different order. BUT, it works and so far has had no problems.

This printer was a perfect size, color etc for me. Did not give 5* as it turns itself off and when you go to use it later from another room, you discover this and it is a nunance.

This is a very sturdy piece of equipment. It does the job well and is easy to assemble. It should last a long time. My only problem is it's heavy and so somewhat tiring to use.

This peinter was so easy to setup. I absolutely love it .

Light weight, great packaging. Appreciated the cd for installation set up to work on home Wi-Fi with win 10 win 7 and two iPhones without any issues and all in 15 minutes. If your looking for nice home unit you will love this unit

This printer works well. My niece uses it for college and it serves its purpose. The only issue is that it shuts off automatically, I believe a type of energy saving measure. This is bothersome when she is typing her papers and needs to turn the printer back on and wait for it to warm up again to print.

Really easy to use printer my kids can us it and this a good printer

I don't know how I survived without wireless printing at home. This prints quickly and is good for infrequent printing and copying. Setup was a little tricky, but it's worked simply ever since. Not sure about the ink cartridges though, haven't priced them.

network connectivity is spotty/poor. sometimes have to reconnect to print. my wifi router is 10ft away, I could just install a cable and make life easier but it's supposed to be wireless and I'm stubborn

It turns out to be a very good printer, scanner The color is sharp is supposed to be wireless, but I very old laptop and it won’t connect so I use the wire but other than that it works great

Wireless printing and scanning from my iPhone is awesome! Setting up up with our phones was not so easy, and was very frustrating and time consuming. Once you get past that it works great.

Overall a great purchase. It is affordable and does what it is supposed to do. It even connects to your wifi so you can send documents to print without requiring a cable to connect to it. The scan is also a nice added option. I would recommend it if you print a lot as well as scanning.

Great little printer. I do not print very often but after having it for about a year, I have zero complaints. No issues so far and I’m hoping it stays that way!

It does what I want when I want it to so I guess that's good. Ask me again in 6 months after I've had time to really use it. What are Best Buy points? They seem to come and go. I never have any when I make a purchase.
